We are a non-denominational Christian fellowship that believes in God’s Message to the last Church Age brought through the Seventh Church Age Messenger and prophet William Marrion Branham. We have a lively congregation in Eastlea, Harare and several sister congregations around the country.
Eastlea Tabernacle has grown from humble beginnings in the early 1980s under the leadership of brother Hama Blessing Chesa. The early years have seen us move from place to place in search of a better place of worship while we were growing in grace through different experiences including the following places:
- Chitsere School (early 1980s)
- Arcadia Hall (mid 1980s)
- Arcadia Church of Christ (late 1980)
- Eastlea Dutch Reformed Church Tabernacle (1990s)
- Old Railton Club (mid 1990s)
- New Raylton Club (late 1990s to 2008)
By God’s grace we built our own tabernacle at No. 2 Carrisbrook road in Eastlea. See photos of dedication service here
Pastor H B Chesa shepherded the congregation until God called him to rest on the 29th of January 2018.
Subsequently, brother Blessing Manyeche was elected Pastor.
